  • Cancelling my order

    Need to cancel an order? You can cancel your order by calling or WhatsApping us on 058 900 1905 up until we have started preparing your order. Please note if you have ordered for same-day or next-day delivery we start preparing it right away so this may not be possible.

  • My Flowers didn’t last long enough

    We guarantee all of our flowers for a minimum of 5 days, and many flowers should give you 7-10 days. If your flowers did not last a minimum of 5 days please send a couple of photos to our team WhatsApp 058 900 1905 and we will sort for you right away.  You have a no quibble quality guarantee so we will always make good if you’re not completely satisfied.

  • Why do my flowers look different to the photograph?

    We deliver our flowers in bud to ensure you get to enjoy them for as long as possible. That does mean that they won’t look like the photo until they’ve been in water for a day or two. However, if you’re still concerned please send a couple of photos to our team WhatsApp 058 900 1905 and we will sort for you right away.  You have a 5 day no quibble quality guarantee so we will always make good if you’re not completely satisfied.

  • Why does my email confirmation say my delivery is done when it is not?

    We always make every effort to deliver your flowers to the person it is addressed to however on rare occasions we may have to leave the delivery with the building management (as our driver may not be allowed access) to make sure that the delivery is made on time. On these rare occasions there will be a short delay from receiving your confirmation email until the recipient receives their flowers. If you have  a concern please call or WhatsApp on 058 900 1905 and will confirm the exact status of your delivery.

  • Where is my delivery?

    When you placed your delivery order you will have received an email confirming your order, who will be receiving the order and what time it will be delivered (we have 3 delivery slots – 9am to 1pm, 1pm to 4pm and after 4pm).  On the day of the delivery you will get a follow-up email confirming that your delivery has be done. If you have  a concern please call or WhatsApp on 058 900 1905 and will confirm the exact status of your delivery.
